24-Hour Tracked Delivery (UK Only)
We use Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked Delivery to ensure you receive your order quickly and securely. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can monitor its journey every step of the way.
Same-Day Dispatch (Mon–Fri, Before 4PM)
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.
Example: Order on Friday at 3:30 PM – dispatched Friday. Order on Friday at 5:00 PM – dispatched Monday.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no logos or identifying marks. There is no mention of peptides or research products on the outer packaging.
